Harmonic Folk Festival x RMDY Collective

We’re now just one month away from the very first Harmonic Folk Festival, and I can already feel the excitement building. This event isn’t just a festival — it’s a gathering of the hunter-gatherer mindset — a community of people who value connection, nature, good food, and music that truly feeds the soul.

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been drawn to entertaining. I loved creating shows and stories that brought people together, stirred emotion, and sparked conversation. I lived for the applause, yes, but more so for the feeling of shared presence — the magic that happens when people open their hearts through music and story.

Music has always been a form of healing for me. There’s a soundtrack for every season of life — for every emotion, every chapter. Since returning to country music, I’ve felt a deep pull toward performing in a more raw and real way — settings that resemble friends gathered around a fire, sharing songs and stories under the stars. Something wholesome. Something honest.

I’m no longer interested in my music being background noise to a boozy night out. I want to create moments that invite conversation, reflection, and inspiration. Spaces where we remember what really matters.

The dream of the Harmonic Folk Festival was born out of one such conversation — with my beautiful friend and homeopathic mentor, Melissa Kupsch. I asked her if she’d ever consider collaborating on an event that brought together real music and true healing — something that felt like a big family celebration. Without hesitation, she said, “Yes, let’s do it,” and offered RMDY Ranch as our first venue. And just like that, the seed was planted.

This festival is the beginning of a dream much bigger than one weekend. I hope to carry this idea around Australia — performing at regenerative farms and community spaces that nurture both people and the planet. I want to shine a light on the farmers who are healing the earth through their methods, and the consumers who choose to support them.

My vision is for Harmonic Folk to grow into a series of intimate gatherings — where music, medicine, and the land come together to remind us of our shared humanity. And along the way, I hope to invite other artists to join me, each adding their own harmony to this growing collective of conscious creators.

So, here’s to the first of many — Harmonic Folk Festival x RMDY Collective — where we return to what feels real, connected, and alive.
